Advertising Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the advertising subscription services ("Services") provided by [Your Company Name] ("we," "our," or "us") to businesses located in British Columbia, Canada.
2. Subscription Overview
2.1. Subscription Services: Our advertising subscription offers businesses the opportunity to promote their products or services through our platform.
2.2. Recurring Payments: By subscribing to our Services, you agree to automatic, recurring payments at the specified intervals.
3. Subscription Fees
3.1. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of the billing cycle and are non-refundable.
3.2. Payment Method: You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of Services.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support via email to info@supportlocalbc.com, or by logging into your Profile, under Subscriptions and pressing Cancel Subscrition. Subscriptions are for a minimum of 6 months and payments will be cancelled after the 6 month period, if you choose to cancel the subscription before the initial 6 months has concluded. Cancellations after the 6 month period will be cancelled as of the next billing cycle.
4.2. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Content and Advertisements
5.1. Responsibility: You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the advertisements submitted for publication.
5.2. Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertisement at our discretion.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. Term: The subscription term is ongoing until canceled by either party.
6.2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
8. Governing Law
8.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Updates: We may update these Terms. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
